Please note, since we do not have indoor space that can hold 54 members to constitute a quorum with social distancing requirements, we have decided to hold the meeting outdoors under and around the tent.  Face masks will always be required during the meeting.  We will also be arranging seating to allow for social distancing. Only members eligible to attend the meeting will be allowed to be on the club grounds during the meeting.

Since this meeting is going to be held outdoors, it will be weather dependent.  We will monitor the weather and advise membership via email and social media of any changes.  In the event of a postponement, we will hold the meeting on Tuesday, September 22^nd at 7:00 PM and in the same place as noted above.

Please note that due to COVID restrictions, we are unable to provide a buffet dinner as in past years.  However, the kitchen will be open that evening with a limited menu if you would like to plan to dine at the club prior to the meeting.
