Special Events Committee Meeting

A meeting of the Special Events Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 7 PM in the Club’s Conference Room.  Note, this is a change from what was agreed to at the last meeting.   

The agenda will include:

   1.  Normal planning activities

   2.  Finalizing the Notice of Race document

   3.  Brainstorming for new sponsors
